Shipping and Returns

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

For sanitary reasons, Ryan & Rose does not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are FINAL. 

 

Are you able to combine orders?

Due to increased order volume, we aren't able to combine orders at this time.

 

Do you have an order or shipping question/concern?

Email jennifer@ryanandrose.co with any order/shipping inquiries.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Each and every Ryan And Rose package is shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 12 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment. Wholesale orders are shipped once a week, usually on Friday’s. 

 

I’ve placed my order, what is next?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

 

If you purchase the first class mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of Ryan And Rose. We WILL NOT replace lost or stolen packages. If you purchased the priority or priority express shipping option, your package did come standard with insurance and we will file a claim.

For international orders, the buyer acknowledges responsibility for any import or customs fees and/or taxes. 

 

How long should it take for my order to arrive?

What should I do if I have not received my package in the time frame stated above?

 

UNITED STATES

First Class Mail

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. Ryan And Rose will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail or priority mail express shipping option at checkout.

Priority Mail

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

 

INTERNATIONAL

First Class Mail

Priority Mail
If your package is lost or was damaged upon delivery, you have 7 days to 6 months after shipment to create an inquiry. 

     

    How do I file a claim with USPS?

    To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

     

    What if my package is returned to Ryan & Rose?

    If your package is returned to Ryan & Rose, you will receive a refund of the SUBTOTAL of your order.  To reship, additional postage will need to be purchased. That listing can be found under “other” under the shop’s main menu.
