Do you offer returns/exchanges?

For sanitary reasons, Ryan & Rose does not accept returns or exchanges at this time.  

 

What is your turnaround time?

Each and every Ryan And Rose product is made by hand and is shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. BLACK FRIDAY SALE and ENGRAVING SALE orders may take up to 10 business days to processed and packaged before shipment due to the high volume of orders.

 

I’ve placed my order, what is next?

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to be available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed. If you purchase the first class mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of Ryan And Rose. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages. If you purchased the priority or priority express shipping option, your package did come standard with insurance.

 

How long should it take for my order to arrive?

  • SPEND $75 and receive FREE First Class Shipping

What should I do if I have not received my package in the time frame stated above?

 

UNITED STATES

First Class Mail

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. Ryan And Rose will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail or priority mail express shipping option at checkout.

Priority Mail

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

Priority Mail Express

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 7-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

    Priority Mail Express

    If your package is lost or was damaged upon delivery, you have 3 to 90 days after shipment to create an inquiry.  

     

    How do I file a claim with USPS?

    To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

     

    Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

    Please check your email spam box. You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then again when your order ships with tracking information.
